A walkthrough and a written quote
The free walkthrough is a chance to meet Danielle, discuss the home’s priorities, and decide whether the service is a good fit. There is no obligation to book a clean. You receive an exact quote in writing before booking.
Why the first clean costs more
The Purpose Home Reset is a deeper first clean, priced at $225–$375 based on the home’s size and condition. It gives Danielle time to work through the home, learn its priorities, and agree on a recurring checklist. Later visits maintain that starting point and generally involve less work. Access to the home
A written access policy is agreed before arrival, covering keys, lockboxes, codes, parking, and pets. Cameras in the home are welcome. Please do not send entry codes through the website inquiry form.
Resident preferences and family updates
Cleaning priorities and update recipients are agreed with the resident, or an appropriate authorized representative. Photos require written permission. The Purpose Note describes the home and work completed; it is not a health assessment, and updates are not kept secret from the person whose home it is.
What the service does not include
We do not provide medical care or advice, medication handling or reminders, bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, health monitoring, or emergency response services. Moving heavy furniture and high-ladder work are also outside the service.
Personal or medical care should be arranged separately with an appropriate provider. If we encounter an immediate emergency during a visit, we call 911 and then the designated contact.
Scheduling changes and payment questions
Contact Danielle directly about rescheduling, cancellations, payment timing, and accepted payment methods before booking. This website does not publish a cancellation fee, deposit requirement, or refund schedule.
