Care starts with showing up.

Hi, I’m Danielle. I learned the value of caring for a home from my mother, grandmother, and aunts. They taught me that cleaning is about more than a tidy space — it’s about love, comfort, and care.

While helping an older client who needed extra support at home, I realized this work was about so much more than cleaning. It’s about showing up, caring for others, and giving families peace of mind.

When I’m in your loved one’s home, you can trust they’re cared for and in good hands.

When I was going through a difficult season and needed extra support at home, Danielle stepped in and took care of the cleaning with so much care and compassion. Having one less thing to worry about was such a relief. She made sure my home was cared for while allowing me to focus on what I needed most. It was more than having a clean home—it was having a helping hand when I truly needed one.
Having Danielle clean my home was wonderful. She organized and cleaned my living and dining areas, and she did it with such great care and purpose. I was very happy with her work and will definitely have her clean for me again.

What we do — and what we don’t.

Our work covers the home and agreed visit updates. Personal care and medical support are outside this service.

We always

  • Clean the home with care and consistency
  • Send the agreed visit update to your chosen contact
  • Mention practical things we notice, like supplies running low
  • Respect the resident’s preferences and permission

What’s not included

  • Provide medical care or health advice
  • Handle or remind about medication
  • Help with bathing, dressing, or mobility
  • Monitor health or wellness
  • Act as an emergency response service
  • Move heavy furniture or carry out high-ladder work

Personal or medical care should be arranged separately with an appropriate provider. If we encounter an immediate emergency during a visit, we call 911 and then the designated contact.

Questions families ask

Asked and answered.

Is this medical or personal care?
We provide home cleaning and agreed updates about the work. We do not provide personal care, medication support, health monitoring, or medical advice. Those services should be arranged separately with an appropriate provider.
Who decides what gets shared with family?
We agree with the resident, or their authorized representative where appropriate, on the cleaning priorities and who receives updates. The Purpose Note covers the home and the work completed. Photos require written permission; updates are never a secret from the person whose home it is.
What if my mom says she doesn’t need help?
The walkthrough is a chance to meet Danielle, ask questions, and decide what would actually help. Your parent can set the priorities and decide whether to go ahead. There is no obligation to book a clean.
How do you handle keys, codes, and cameras?
With a written access policy set before we arrive: keys, lockboxes, codes, parking, pets, all of it. Cameras in the home are completely fine with us.
